Fans can park for free during rest of Tennessee Smokies' baseball season at Kodak stadium

The Tennessee Smokies said it is partnering with Sevier County and Sevierville to offer free parking at Smokies Stadium for the rest of the 2024 baseball season.
Smokies baseball fans can now purchase season tickets for the 2025 season in the team's brand-new stadium downtown.

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Smokies said Tuesday it partnered with Sevier County and Sevierville to let fans park for free at Smokies Stadium for the rest of the 2024 baseball season.

In a release, the baseball team said it is meant to help celebrate 25 seasons of baseball at Smokies Stadium before the team moves its home stadium to Knoxville. The team also said the county and city co-sponsored two giveaways.

On Sept. 14, the first 2,000 fans will get a replica of Smokies Stadium. On Sept. 15, the final game of the 2024 season, the team will give out 2,000 "Last Game" baseballs with the 25-year anniversary logo. The commemorative baseballs will also have the date on them.

The Smokies will play their first home game in the new downtown Knoxville stadium on April 15, 2025. However, the team will start the upcoming baseball season on the road.
