1 1/2 white cake mix
1 (3oz) strawberry jello
5 eggs
3/4 cup oil
12 oz of thawed frozen strawberries
Mix all ingredients well and place in three round 9-inch baking pans. Bake at 350° for 18 minutes. Cool completely.
Strawberry cream cheese icing :
16 ounces of cream cheese, softened
2 sticks of butter softened
6 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Three overripe strawberries sliced
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time. Then add vanilla extract and sliced strawberries. Frost the cooled cake and garnish as desired.
