SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — The storms throughout Middle and East Tennessee have caused a phone outage at some City of Sevierville public facilities.

According to a release from the city, residents calling in may not be connected.

"The city’s phone service provider is working to repair the problem, but no estimate is available for when the phone lines will be operational," the release said.
