SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert for a missing Sevier County man.
According to TBI, 58-year-old Hank Brackins was last seen Thursday.
Brackins was in the area of Arch Rock Drive in Sevierville. Police say Brackins has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance. He was be driving a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with Tennessee license plate 26325PD.
