UPDATE (10:50 p.m.): The Knox County Sheriff's Office said Arthur Washington was found safe in Louisville, Kentucky, Wednesday evening.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday for a missing Knox County man.
The Knox County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is asking for the public's help in finding Arthur Washington, 81, who hasn't been seen since he left his home early on April 23. KCSO also said Washington has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
KCSO said he may be lost and unable to get back home safely. He is believed to be driving a dark-colored Subaru Outback with a Tennessee tag of "445M1," KCSO said.
Washington is around 5'8" tall and weighs about 210 lbs. with hazel eyes, according to KCSO.
'If you have seen Mr. Washington or know his whereabouts, please call Major Crimes Detectives at 865-215-2243," KCSO said.
