The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Thursday it issued a Silver Alert for a missing 80-year-old man from Cumberland County.
The TBI said Roger Phillips, Sr., was last seen on June 19 and could be wearing black jogging pants with a white stripe down the side, and black shoes. The TBI also said he could be driving a 2010 burgundy Ford F-150. The car's license plate number is 191-BHKL, according to TBI.
The TBI also said he has a medical condition that could impair his ability to return home safely.
