SEYMOUR, Tenn. — One person was injured after a multi-vehicle crash on Dupont Road in Seymour Sunday night, according to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The first car, driven by Kevin Muniz Jr, was traveling southbound, while the second car, driven by Chase Dellinger, was traveling northbound. Muniz Jr's car did not stay in the lane when he struck Dellinger's car head-on, the report stated.
Both drivers were not wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash, THP said. Charges are pending for Muniz Jr.
