KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — Rural Metro along with multiple other agencies including TWRA responded to a crash involving two sailboats near Concord Park on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Rural Metro, two sailboats collided with each other and caused them to capsize. Rural Metro said the boats did resurface and no injuries were reported.
