KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville community will have a one-day free healthcare clinic on Nov. 12, giving people a chance to get free medical care.
Remote Area Medical will provide the community with a "medical-only" clinic on Tuesday, with no dental or vision services being provided at the location. The clinic will be held at Steps House at 712 Boggs Avenue in Knoxville.
"This mobile telehealth unit will give individuals an opportunity to speak to a doctor alongside an in-person nurse," RAM said.
RAM also said all services are on a free and on a first-come, first-served basis. No ID or insurance is required with doors set to open at 10 a.m.
