KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Anyone looking for a drink can stop by Pour Taproom Wednesday night to support communities recovering from the impact of Hurricane Helene and the devastating floods it brought in upper East Tennessee.

The bar is hosting a "Drag and Drinks for Disaster Relief" fundraiser starting at 7:30 p.m. It said all money donations would be matched by Pour Taproom and would go to the East Tennessee Foundation's Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund. The fund is used to support nonprofits and agencies directly helping communities respond to the storm, and to agencies helping with the area's long-term recovery.

People can also stop by the bar Wednesday night to drop off donations of supplies for the region. Donors can bring water, basic medical supplies and canned goods.

The event starts at 7:30 p.m. with live music by Hayden Bright and J-Ready. The bar said on social media that J-Ready's hometown was devastated by the flooding. Other local drag performers such as Colin Butte, Fatty Acid and Alexandra Cartier will perform at the event.

"Join us as we rally behind our own J-ready to support his family and hometown, recently devastated by floods," Pour Taproom said on social media.
