Parents: Cell phone of missing woman tracked near Knoxville

Greene County Deputies say parents of missing woman, 20-year-old Diana Guzman, tracked a ping from her phone just west of Knoxville by using iCloud. They said they saw the ping at about 2 a.m. Thursday morning.

Guzman was last seen in her home in Chuckey around midnight on Wednesday.

Diana is hispanic, about 5'5", 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She drives a 2005 tan or beige Nissan Maxima with the tag P7276L

Deputies said her boyfriend lives near Knoxville, that he's been cooperative and is not a suspect.

Parents Maria de la Luz and Horacio Guzman said it's out of character not to hear from her for longer than a few hours.

"She's a very strong person and she has a big heart," said Ma. de la Luz, "and I really think that no one can hurt her. If she can see them through her eyes, no one's going to hurt my daughter."

Anyone with information on where she could be is asked to contact the Greene County Sheriff's Office at (423) 798-1800 or call your local law enforcement agency.
