Our latest Labor of Love project is now underway.
Volunteers are building a six room duplex for the Sertoma Center, which works with adults who have intellectual disabilities.
It's a team effort among WBIR, the Homebuilders Association of Greater Knoxville and the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.
Builder and project co-director Mike Stevens says the volunteer help has been tremendous.
"People just keep pouring in and they're giving heart and soul and this is one of the hottest days that I can remember this summer. and everybody's just into it," said Stevens.
