OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — The Oak Ridge Police Department's Lt. Marvell Moore's funeral has been scheduled.
According to ORPD, Moore's public viewing will be on Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Patton Funeral Home in Cleveland, Tenn. The family will receive friends before the service on Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon at Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Ridge.
After the funeral, he will then be buried at Fort Hill Cemetery at 4 p.m.
Moore died unexpectedly on Nov. 5 from medical complications after a procedure. He joined ORPD in 2005 and served as sergeant of the criminal investigations division before being promoted to lieutenant in 2023.
