OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — UPDATE (10 p.m.): Oak Ridge leaders said crews finished repairs to a water main after a break was reported Thursday afternoon, and water was turned back on for several people. They warned people in the area may get discolored water at first, and said they should continue running their water until it is clear.

The city of Oak Ridge is warning Thursday afternoon of a water main break that may affect pressure for some residents.
Crews are working right now to fix the break on Oak Ridge Turnpike at Salem Road, according to the city.
Until further notice, Salem Road from the turnpike to South Seneca Road will be closed in both directions.
"Several homes on the 100 block of Salem Road and one home on South Seneca Road are without water during the repair," according to a notice from the city.
Residents in the area may see low water pressure, water outages and/or discolored water for the next eight to 10 hours as crews work on the water main.
