SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — Newfound Gap Road will close for ice and snow at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
The road section, also known as US Highway 441, runs from Gatlinburg, Tennessee to Cherokee, North Carolina.
The park's road information Twitter account posted Saturday afternoon about the closing.
