A man who was serving a life sentence for murder could now get out of prison, but David Scarbrough's attorney says it is highly unlikely he will be able to make bond.A judge says Scarbrough is still a potential danger to the community. So he set his bond at $750,000 at a hearing Friday.Eight years ago, a jury found Scarbrough guilty of the 1995 murder of Les and Carol Dotts. He has been in prison ever since.Scarbrough is getting a new trial because the court of criminal appeals began enforcing a law that did not exist during the first hearing. His new trial is set for June.
