Mojo Mayo
Recipe from Backyard Burgers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation:
Whisk together the garlic, onion, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add mayonnaise and blend again. Let mojo mayo "marry" for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge before using.
