Authorities said Wednesday they were searching for a missing 53-year-old man from Middlesboro, Kentucky. The Bell County Sheriff's Department said David Niece was last seen on June 18 and said he was diagnosed with a medical condition that requires he have a guardian.
The sheriff's office said he is known to be on foot around the Middlesboro Mall and Walmart area. It said he is 5'9" tall and weighs around 138 lbs. It also said he has gray hair on the side of his head, with a gray and white mustache and beard.
