HARRIMAN, Tenn. — Tennessee's newest millionaire says he has no plans to quit his job.
Devon Brown of Harriman claimed his million dollar prize at the Tennessee Lottery offices on his birthday, with his father and cousin at his side.
He won big playing the $1,000,000 Platinum Payout instant game on a ticket he bought at the Highway 27 Citgo in Harriman.
“I looked at (the ticket) 100 times,” said Brown. “I still think it’s a daydream.”
Brown told lottery officials he didn't sleep at all the night before he picked up his check. He plans to invest his winnings and said he will continue his job at a pest control company.
