MCCREARY COUNTY, Ky. — The McCreary County Sheriff's Office said skeletal remains were found in the Revelo/Stearns area on Saturday, Oct. 14.
The sheriff's office said it received a call about the remains at around 5:20 p.m. When deputies arrived, the remains were collected and pronounced at around 6 p.m., according to a release from MCSO.
It also said the skeletal remains would be sent to the Kentucky Medical Examiner's Office in Frankfort for further identification and DNA comparison.
