Eight people have been indicted and authorities seized 61 kilograms of cocaine and more than $2 million cash in the bust of a drug pipeline between Knoxville and Atlanta.The U.S. Attorney's office says the federal investigation also dismantled the Black Gangster Disciples street gang in East Knoxville.A federal grand jury returned a 12-count indictment Oct. 16. The group is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine.Warrants issued in Tennessee and Georgia led to the seizures.
