An East Tennessee man accused of sexually assaulting a child more than two decades ago is now facing charges.
Deputies in Osceola County, Michigan arrested 49-year-old Francis Brent Mallo of Loudon. He's charged with 5 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct. The charges stem from an alleged sexual assault in Michigan in the early 1990s.
Michigan has no statue of limitations in these types of cases.
Mallo has been denied bond.
