LENOIR CITY, Tenn. — Update (7/9): A Tennessee Highway Patrol report has revealed more information regarding a fatal wreck on Highway 11 in Lenoir City.
The wreck happened around 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 6.
Joshua Toledo, a 28-year-old, was traveling south on Highway 11 when he crossed over the center line and hit a minivan head-on, according to the report.
Toledo died from his injuries. Two adults and a 6-year-old in the minivan were hurt in the wreck, the report states.
No charges are pending, according to the report.

The Loudon County Sheriff's Office posted on social media on Saturday about a fatal wreck "with injury" on Highway 11 in Lenoir City.
The wreck shut down the highway at Pond Road until around 4 p.m. EDT, LCSO said.
"First responders from the Loudon County Sheriff's Office, Loudon County Fire/Rescue, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Priority Ambulance are currently on scene," the sheriff's office said.
LCSO said it is estimated that the highway will be shut down until around 4 p.m. EDT.
"Please avoid the area and seek alternate routes," LCSO said.
