KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Police Department is investigating a stolen vehicle incident in the Sutherland Avenue area near Gus' Chicken.
KPD says the possible suspect in the vehicle theft was located in the Sutherland Square Apartments on Saturday evening. Officials were present at the scene.
