Services are set for Saturday to honor Knoxville Pastor David Upton.
Upton, 72, died Dec. 29. He led the Honey Rock Victorious Church in East Knoxville.
Upton's family will receive friends 10 a.m. Saturday at Overcoming Believers Church. His funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m.
Upton will be buried at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Alcoa.
Previously Upton was co-pastor of the Inner City Church, whose leaders included the late Reggie White, a former UT football player and NFL Hall of Famer who played for the Green Bay Packers.
In January 1996, someone set Inner City Church on fire with molotov cocktails, kerosene and black powder.
No one has ever been charged in the case.
