ID=16221789(WBIR - Knox County) Some Knox County Sheriff's deputies will be wearing body cameras beginning in early 2015.

When the sheriff's office receives new cruisers, the vehicles will not have dashboard cameras installed. Instead, officers who get those new vehicles will wear body cameras.

Deputies will receive training on how to use the body cameras in the first week of January before they are used in the field a week or two later.
