UPDATE Jan. 31, 2018: The man accused of robbing a South Knox Co. Dollar General last week has been identified.
Randy Woody, 50, is accused of entering the Circle Oak Drive Dollar General around 4 p.m. on Jan. 26, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said he was armed with what appeared to be a handgun when he demanded money and left.
Woody is described as a white male, 5’9”, and approximately 160 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair, the sheriff's office said.
According to the sheriff's office, he was wearing a black zip-up hoodie, grey or beige-toned pants, and sunglasses at the time of the robbery.
He is believed to be driving a blue 1991 Buick LeSabre, bearing Tennessee license plate Y88-91X.

ORIGINAL STORY Jan. 27, 2018: Knox County authorities are looking for a man who robbed a Dollar General Friday afternoon.
The sheriff's office says the suspect was armed with what appeared to be a handgun and entered the store demanding money. He then left in a blue Ford Ranger truck.
The incident happened around 4 p.m at the Dollar General at 3130 Circle Oak Drive.
The Knox County Sheriffs' Office is looking for a white male, approximately 40-50-years-old, 5’8”-5’10”, and 160-170 pounds. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie, grey or beige-toned pants, white tennis shoes, and sunglasses at the time of the robbery.
