KCSO: 17-year-old arrested and charged with making a false report after bomb threat at Gibbs High School

The Knox County Sherriff's Office Juvenile Crimes Unit is investigating a bomb threat at Gibbs High School, according to KCSO.

KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — The Knox County Sherriff's Office Juvenile Crimes Unit is investigating a bomb threat at Gibbs High School, KCSO said.

The KCSO Bomb Unit, along with an Explosive Detection K-9 arrived at the school to assist Juvenile Detectives at around 2:30 p.m. The initial sweep of the school was completed, with nothing being found, KCSO said. 

A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged with making a false report, according to KCSO.
