JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — According to Jefferson County Director of Schools Tommy Arnold, a school bus hit a truck at a red light intersection Friday morning.
Arnold said it happened at the intersection of Highway 92 and Dumplin Valley Road when bus 19-12 hit a truck.
Arnold said three passengers in the truck were taken to the hospital. All 32 students were taken to the gym to be assessed by medical personnel.
Arnold said the crash is under investigation.
