The Tennessee Highway Patrol said Friday afternoon that lanes of I-75 North near Lenoir City were blocked after a crash.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said a crash was reported in that area at around 4:44 p.m. Eastern Time. It said traffic was backed up to near Loudon Highway. The crash was reported near Sugarlimb Road.
THP said troopers were working to reopen the interstate at around 5:15 p.m.
