<The man charged with running down a pregnant woman and Good Samaratin ina hit and run accident last week, has bailed out of jail.Curtis Scott Harper <a href="http://www.wbir.com/news/article/222107/29/Recent-UT-grad-charged-in-triple-fatal-hit--run-has-previous-DUI-conviction" target="_blank">faces vehicular homicide and other charges </a>in the deaths of Chastity Thornell, her unborn daughter, and Nelson Soto.Harper was indicted on Wednesday and turned himself in. He's been held in the Knox County Detention Facility. He isbeing held on a $300,000 bond.A family member of one of the victims says she was notified Friday morning that Harper was posting bond.<
