According to Jefferson County Sheriff Jeff Coffey, no one was hit during the shooting.

Authorities are investigating whether the person in the car might also have fired shots Friday afternoon. The sheriff said a witness told officials she possibly heard three or four gunshots at the time that might have come from the same car.

JCSO did not confirm the shots were related.

Sheriff Coffey also said that deputies did find shell casings from Friday's shooting.

If you have any information on who owns the car, contact Detective Sgt. Jonathan Owens at 865-471-6000 EXT. 1105.
