HAMBLEN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Hamblen County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for missing 32-year-old Bobby Joe Isaac Hipsher.
According to deputies, Hipsher was reported missing from his home on Wednesday, June 19. He was even last seen by his family on Friday, March 15.
Hipsher is 6-foot-5 and weighs 191 pounds. He has brown eyes and curly brown hair, which may be dyed platinum blonde, HCSO said. He also has a birthmark between his thumb and forefinger on his left hand.
HCSO said Hipsher has mental health and medical issues but is considered non-violent.
