Frito-Lay has recalled a limited number of Spicy Sweet Chili flavor Doritos tortilla chips.

The recall includes chips distributed in Tennessee as well as Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

Frito-Lay issued an allergy alert, which the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) posted on its website Wednesday, saying some chips may contain milk ingredients not listed on the label. The company accidentally filled some bags with nacho cheese-flavored Doritos.

People who have a milk allergy or have a severe sensitivity to it could run the risk of a strong and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat the affected Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos.

Other ingredients in the recalled chips include Yellow 5, artificial flavor, tomato powder, other artificial color (including Yellow 6 and Red 40), lactic acid, citric acid and red and green bell pepper powder.

The FDA notice said it received no confirmed reports of illness to date.
