KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Shona's Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Peanut Butter Chips
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
MICROWAVE METHOD: In 1 quart microwave dish combine chips with sweetened milk. Cook on
100% power (high) 3 minutes; stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9 inch square pan. Chill about 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
