Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 3/4 cups half and half
1 1/2 cups sweetened, shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Directions:
Add cream of coconut to the blender jar. Add coconut. Run several seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions with your Ice cream freezer.
