The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office is searching for Hollynn Snapp, 19, who was last seen on Oct. 15 in Kingsport.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an endangered young adult alert on Thursday for a missing 19-year-old who was last seen on Oct. 15.

TBI said Hollynn Snapp was last seen in the area of Bell Ridge Drive in Kingsport. Snapp is around 4'8" tall and weighs around 110 lbs., according to the TBI. The bureau said Snapp has brown hair and hazel eyes.

The alert was issued on behalf of the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office. It was sent out in accordance with the Holly Bobo Act, which expanded Tennessee's endangered alert system to include missing young adults who are 21 years old or younger.
