KINGSPORT, Tenn. — Update (7/25 at 7:45 a.m.): The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said a missing 11-month-old has been found.
Dreama Powell was found at a Lebanon residence. Taylor Powell, her mother, is in custody, according to the TBI.
Original Story (7/24 at 9 p.m.):
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered Child Alert Wednesday for an 11-month-old believed to be with a family member.
The TBI said Dreama Powell was last seen "earlier this month" and has brown hair with brown eyes. The bureau also said she was missing out of Kingsport.
The TBI said anyone with information about her location should either reach out to the Kingsport Police Department at 423-246-9111 or the TBI by calling 1-800-TBI-FIND.
