BRISTOL, Tenn. — A soldier gave his son the best Valentine's Day surprise.
Anderson elementary student Alex Morse was picked to read a special poem to his peers on kindness.
His father, Sgt. Eric Morse, with the Tennessee National Guard had been deployed overseas.
After Alex read the poem, his father surprised him and joined him on stage.
