<You'll see some spooky figures when walking in New Harvest Park in Northeast Knox County, because it's now scarecrow time.People, organizations and schools are invited to create a creepy or silly scarecrow to place along the walking trail at the park. The tradition combines family-friendly entertainment with easy exercise, and it even comes with awards."It's a good time to do this, and today has kind of spooky weather, and it's just a reason to get outside and good community involvement, and of course there's a $100 prize," said Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett. There's actually two $100 prizes, for the winners in the adult and student categories.Winners will be announced at the farmer's market later next week.<
