SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. — Authorities said crews responded to a call at Dollywood's Splash Country on Friday, saying a person may have experienced cardiac arrest after falling off a tube and into a wave pool.
They said that when EMS crews arrived, it appeared someone had performed CPR on the person. That person refused additional treatment and transport, according to a spokesperson with Sevier County.
