TAZEWELL, Tenn. — A pedestrian was fatally stuck on U.S. Highway 25 East near Tazewell on Thursday, according to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report.
The report states that a 2007 Ford Taurus was traveling southbound around 6:50 p.m. when the driver entered a turning lane and struck 50-year-old Cynthia D. Milligan, who was standing in the lane.
The Taurus driver isn't facing any charges, according to the report.
