CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Tenn. — The Claiborne County Sheriff's Office said a woman is in critical condition after being stabbed.
CCSO deputies responded to an assault call at a home in the Shawanee community near Harrogate on Wednesday, the department said.
Deputies found the woman with life-threatening injuries and transported her to the hospital, according to CCSO.
The sheriff's office said it's investigating.
