Endangered Child Alerts issued for 5 McMinn Co. children believed to be with non-custodial parents

The five children could be traveling in a white 2018 GMC Acadia with the Tennessee tag 521 BMMM.

ATHENS, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued Endangered Child Alerts for five Athens children. 

Karson Pendergrass, Andrews Pendergrass, Lucas Pendergrass, Malachi Pendergrass and Kaiden Heath are believed to be with their non-custodial parents. They could be traveling in a white 2018 GMC Acadia with the Tennessee tag 521 BMMM. 

Karson Pendergrass is 5 years old, 4'5", 50 pounds and has blue eyes and blonde hair, the TBI said.

Andrews Pendergrass is 4 years old, 4'0" and weighs 40 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes, according to the TBI.

Lucas Pendergrass is 4 years old, 4'0", 40 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair, the TBI said. 

Malachi Pendergrass is 2 years old, 3'0", 30 pounds and has blue eyes and blonde hair, according to the TBI. 

Kaiden Heath is 11 years old, 5'0", 70 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair, the TBI said.
