<The Tennessee town of Cosby is home to Mountain Muscle Cars. It's a muscle car restoration shop, primarily concentrating on Chrysler products from 1966 to 1971. But most recently it's housed a project for General Motors, depicting the history of American War on a 2011, Chevrolet Camaro SS.Air-brush artist, Mickey Harris was commissioned by GM to create to mural."Basically GM said to me, we want to do something that commemorates our fighting men and women throughout history. So I got the idea to depict each of the wars through our whole timeline from the Revolutionary War up to Afghanistan today. And that's what we want to do. We wanted to show the heroism, the pride that our fighting men and women demonstrate every day."Harris spent over 500 hours completing the air-brush work on the muscle car. It's not the first time he has picked up the phone for a project like this (you can see more of his work here). And when the car is finished touring the country, it is auctioned off to raise money for injured Service men and women."Most of them are amputees that, and they buy them those special bikes and take them to locations to compete. And it's a really cool organization, because what it does, is give these guys the opportunity to compete again. And that competitive nature is good for everybody."You can view the "American Pride" Camaro, on Saturday (March 10) at Mountain Muscle Cars, 2750 Cosby Highway, Cosby, TN 37722.<
