JACKSON, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an AMBER Alert for two West Tennessee teenagers.
Taveion and Traveion Rogers were found in Jackson Wednesday morning, according to the TBI.
The TBI said their mother, Felicia Wilson, has turned herself in and is now in custody for kidnapping.
