Alcoa city officials ask for public input on police, fire department

The Alcoa Police Department is asking the public to participate in a survey to help them better understand how to serve the community.

ALCOA, Tenn. — The Alcoa Police Department is asking residents to participate in a survey regarding the city's police and fire departments.

The 19-question-long survey asks how residents would rate the police department and the fire department, what the police department and fire department should prioritize next year and more.

APD said the survey should take five minutes to complete and will help the departments better understand how to serve the community.
