Great Smoky Mountains Natl. Park — According to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, National Park Service rangers responded on Monday afternoon to a visitor who had fallen in the park.
GSMNP said she fell on Laurel Falls Trail and was transported to Leconte Medical Center.
