(WBIR-KNOXVILLE) Former U.S. Treasury Department Secretary John Snow led a discussion on UT's campus Wednesday night.
Snow served as Treasury chief from 2003 to 2006 under President George W. Bush.
He spoke on the UT campus as a part of the Baker Distinguished Lecture series. During his talk he spoke about the economy and how things work as a whole.
Following his departure from government service, Snow was appointed chairman of the private Cerberus Capital Management group, a New York private equity firm that invested in the Chrysler Corporation following the Bush administration government bailout.
