KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — Students and staff at Amherst Elementary School had to briefly evacuate on Monday after an odor was reported inside the building.
Knox County Schools said the school was briefly evacuated out of precaution. The all-clear was given Monday afternoon.
It's not clear what the smell was or what caused it.
